  • Over 36 years experience in sampling, inspecting and grading in the food industry specializing in all types of nuts, seeds, dry and dehydrated fruits, spices and snack foods.
  • 15 years conducting audits and gap analyses 
  • HARPC and HACCP certified
  • SQF Implementation certified
  • SQF Practitioners
  • California Almond Board Auditor certified by the USDA.
  • Certified by the State of New Jersey EPA for Pest Management   

 

In addition, our staff has: 

  • Provided consulting services to the Association of Food Industries (AFI) for the development of updated cashew nut standards. 
  • Provided expert legal testimony
